Great work Jason. I am pleased to see that you chose a topic that has relevance to your staff and school. You address each of the components with an appropriate amount of data. I have a good understanding of what you want to do and what motivates you to do it. Your goal with the final project in this course is to convince someone to let you do the evolution based on the plan your propose. In my opinion you are on your way to doing this. The only gap in what you present is written attention to the management of the evaluation and how you will ensure the standards of evaluation will be built into your plan.
